Store Policy

Due to an unexpected and unanticipated raise in social media exposure, we're experiencing a spike on orders which may affect our standard shipping/delivery time. We're working day and night to prepare and ship all orders as soon as possible. We understand the frustration of having to wait for your order longer than expected, but one thing we don't want to sacrifice is the quality of our service. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this. Returns are ONLY acceptable for defective products (Manufacturing defects). Eligible items may be returned for store credit (valid for 10 days only), product replacement, or full refund. If you wish to return your item for store credit, replacement, or refund, please send it back to us within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement, store credit or refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (If Applicable).

To complete your return, we require a note to be included in the return package with the following information:

1- Your full name. 
2- The e-mail used to make the purchase. 
3- Order number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for shipping costs charged to return the item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All eligible returns will be offered store credit (Valid for 10 days), product replacement or full refund.

Store Credit (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed.

Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 1235 NE 39th Rd, Ocala FL 34470.

Refunds (if applicable)
If the defective product is determined eligible, an immediate refund will be issued (shipping and handling fees not included).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a package over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Cancellations

Once and order is placed, it can NOT be cancelled. If you contact us within the first 24 hours of making the purchase, we can offer an exchange for store credit only. Contact us for more details at
